If you are between 10 to 40 you have great chances of getting back acne. People use different terms to refer to back acne, some of them are bacne and zits. Back acne is more prevalent during or starting with puberty and more common in male and female puberty cycles.

Back acne is also common just like facial acne. The truth still remains anyway that it is not as common as facial acne. It is only about two third of people that has facial acne that had been discovered with back acne.

A good acne treatment starts with proper hygiene. Don't forget to wash your back thoroughly whenever you wash your body. For hard-to-reach areas, use a scrub or bath towel. This gives the extra benefit of exfoliation to get rid of stubborn dirt and dead skin cells from the back better than simple soap washing will do.
